Return & Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with your order or ordered the wrong size? No worries — you have 30 days to return or exchange your item.

Returns – In 4 Simple Steps

  1. Request Return Form
     Email us at info@claramarie-boutique.de and we’ll send you a return form. Please read the conditions carefully before sending anything back.

  2. Fill in the Form
    Complete the return form in full.

  3. Send the Package
    Return your item(s) along with the completed form to the return address listed.

  • Shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Make sure to use a trackable shipping service.
    Refund Processed
    Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.

Exchanges – For Wrong Size (4 Steps)

  1. Request Exchange
    Email info@claramarie-boutique.de
    with your order number and the correct size you’d like.

  2. Complete the Exchange Form
    We’ll send you the exchange form to fill in.

  3. Send Back the Item
    Ship the original item with the completed form to the provided address.
    Include Track & Trace.

  4. Receive New Item
    Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the correct size to you for FREE.

Exchanges – For Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. Report the Issue
    Email info@claramarie-boutique.de
    with photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description of the issue.

  2. Validation
    Our team will review the issue and confirm eligibility.

  3. Replacement Sent
    free replacement will be processed and sent to you.

  4. Tracking Details Shared
    We’ll email you the tracking number once your replacement has shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
